Yes... All you have to do is call or e-mail us to make an appointment to meet with us

Is there any hidden fees I should know about?

No... This company believes in honestly and good morals, we will always let our clients know if there are any extra fees involved.

How long will it take before our web site is designed and online?

Depends on several key factors...
1). A basic site will usually take between 3-4 days to complete.
2). A more complex site could take up to a month to finish. We suggest that you call us with all the details so we can give you a time frame for when your project would be done.

I do not like the service(s), What are my options?...

You have several options:

Option One:
  • You can call us at (518) 346-5374 and as calm as you can explain your problem and tell us what you think we should do to fix the problem, along with your name, phone # and your complete mailing address and we will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours.

    or

    Option two:

  • Please send us a letter by e-mail or Postal service, so we will know what's going on. After reviewing your letter, we will let you know our decision(s) to fix the problem. We hope that you will approve of our work ethics and you would not leave us, but if you do leave then we understand and would say good bye and tell you "if you need anything please let us know".
      
  • If you tried option one but failed you can leave us and find another web designer, but we hope that you would not pick this option and you would try to still work with us so we can better serve you now and in the near future.

    Do you maintain the websites?

    After the website goes active any additional pages that need to be added, there will be a charge of $15.00 per page. Montly maintenance of calendars or itineraries and any links, telephone number, name changes or such changes will be done for free as long as your hosting company is through us and is active.
